🌊 OBA® Basic – Liquid Joy | Aquatic Bodywork Course
Discover the healing power of Oceanic Bodywork Aqua (OBA®) with certified instructor Frederic Latour at Quiet Healing Center, Auroville. This immersive 15-hour course introduces a unique aquatic bodywork practice that combines gentle movement, stretching, massage, joint mobilization, breathing, and energy work in warm water.
Throughout the course, participants will learn simple bodywork techniques both on the water’s surface (with and without cushions and pool noodles) and underwater using a nose clip.
