Founded in 2017, JIVA Auroville is a collaborative platform based in Auroville, Tamil Nadu, bringing together experienced therapists, facilitators and practitioners offering a range of therapeutic practices, wellness activities and personal development experiences. Founded by Sigrid Lindemann, JIVA is rooted in the principles of Integral Yoga and focuses on supporting individual growth, self-discovery and conscious evolution.

Its offerings include Integral Regression Therapy, Trauma Therapy, Inner Child Work, Past Life Therapy, JIVA Breathwork, Energy Healing, Life Coaching and yoga-based practices. It also provides aquatic bodywork approaches such as Watsu and Liquid Flow, along with practices including Tai Chi, Aikido, Pranayama and movement meditation.
